Had a convenient car park next door, only £4 for 24-hour parking. Check-in process was quick and easy, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was basic but comfortable and spacious. Got a good night's sleep. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, had everything you needed. The bar at the restaurant had a good variety of drinks.
Not suitable for people with disabilities as there were no wet rooms and all showers were over the bath. Parking was a distance away and difficult to drop off/pick up in front of the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of town. It's close to shops and restaurants, so everything is easily accessible. One reviewer mentioned that it's right by the town centre, which is great. Another mentioned that it's near the shopping centre, making it convenient for any retail therapy needs. the rooms are nice and clean, with good-sized beds and variable water heat and pressure in the bathroom. There are also tea making facilities available.
There was an issue with the air conditioning, which made the rooms uncomfortably hot. Although the staff provided fans, they only blew hot air and didn't help much.

Stayed during Christmas and it was amazing. the location was perfect, close to shops and main attractions. the pricing was extremely reasonable, especially given the time of year. the room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. the staff were helpful and welcoming, made us feel at home.
Only downside was the noise level, you could hear people in the hallways and neighboring rooms talking. it did not detract from the positive experience and overall value of the stay.
